If your child becomes ill while at the centre, we will notify you for a parent/guardian to collect them immediately.
Please refer to our policy folder for further information on infectious diseases.
Identification and Health
We are required to keep a copy of your child’s:
- id (birth certificate or passport) and
- Certificate of Immunisation on file.
Please bring these with you on your first day.
It can sometimes be challenging to settle children into new environments.
We recommend if possible, to stay until your child has settled into an activity or is happy with a teacher or peer.
We recommend to alert the teacher you are leaving, say goodbye to your child once, and then leave immediately, as frequent coming and going is unsettling for children.
Collecting your Child
Please consider our staff by collecting your child promptly at your booked times. In any emergency or unforeseen circumstances please phone the centre immediately so alternative plans can be made. Late fees will be charged as per our fees policy.
